Ford Explorer

Description of Property seized: Photographs, documentary evidence, paper writings indicating ownership, identifications, possession and control of the vehicle, latent fingerprints and palm prints, trace evidence, physiological fluids to include blood and DNA, weapons and/or blunt objects that could be used as weapons, and all evidence that may identify the person or persons responsible for the death of the victim.

Probable Cause: On 11/3/06 WCSO received information that a deceased body had been found by a family member at 5108 Birchleaf Dr. Officer's arriving at the scene discovered a deceased female on the floor of the master bedroom. There is blood spatter on the walls, and lamp in the room. The victim's sister came to the house and discovered the three year old child of the victim walking inside the home. The sister entered the home and discovered the victim. The sister called 911. On 11/4/06 Major RL Johnson, went to the residence at 1532 Lake Glen Dr. At the residence, he observed a white 2004 Ford Explorer which is registered to Jason Young. The vehicle was being detained pursuant to a death investigation. Major Johnson observed what appeared to be a drop of blood on the rear driver's side seat of the vehicle, which is light in color. Major Johnson also observed what appeared to be a dark in color spot consistent with a blood droplet on the exterior driver's side rear door.
